Smoked trout cream with kiwi

4 smoked trout fillets of approx. 60 g
1 onion
4 tablespoons of capers
1 chilli
2 tablespoons of low-fat quark
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
4 kiwis
8 salad leaves

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the trout fillets, spring onion, capers and chilli. Add the quark and mayonnaise to the chopped ingredients and mix well with a fork. Cut the kiwifruit into wedges. With the help of two spoons, form balls of smoked trout cream and arrange them on the salad leaves. Serve with the kiwis and cucunci. Accompanied by bread.
